Unbelievably dismissive of serious claims of anti-Semitism. If you deny the existence of anti-Semitism - you are enabling anti-Semitism. Sorry Chris, but this is disgraceful.

Jeremy has allowed himself to become the poster boy of anti-Semites everywhere. He needs to act now to disassociate himself from these people and stamp out this anti-Semitism once and for all

Impressive turnout by supporters of the demo. Wide variety of people - including numerous MPs

Very impressive event. About 24 hours notice - and the Jewish community packed out Parliament Square. And I mean packed. I couldn't see the speakers or move, because there were so many people.. young, old, Reform, secular, Charedi.. Tory and Labour.. bravo BOD JLC

So sad to watch tonight's scenes in Parliament Square. Labour's long, proud history opposing racism was one of the reasons I joined the Party and it is a source of shame that we have let it come to this. Solidarity with those brave enough to speak out. We can and must do better

Wow. Very old page calling for trade unions to be nonpartisan decided to post for the first time since 2013 to call for an inquiry into the Israeli lobby.

For a few minutes there, we had Lord Tugendhat speaking in the Lords and Tom Tugendhat (his nephew) speaking in the Commons

No, this is a challenge to him to *lead* the Labour party - and the wider movement - out of this toxic situation and make all parts of Labour safe for Jews. /14

For me, this is not about undermining the fact that Jeremy Corbyn is Labour's leader. That is beyond doubt. His mandate is beyond challenge. But with great power comes great responsibility. /13

If you wouldn't dismiss a woman's claims of misogyny or a LGBT person's account of homophobia, don't you dare dismiss antisemitism out of hand. The fact some people think this OK to do may help you understand why it's called the oldest hatred of all. /12

So this is the frustration which has erupted this weekend and this is why a moment has now arrived. And - frankly - it isn't helped by people who have no reason to have ever experienced antisemitism to say that in eleventy decades of membership they've never seen a thing. /11

I'm equally sick of explaining that I know my Jewish values are Labour values and I shouldn't have to compromise either. /8
