San Francisco has an organized drug dealing ring operating in plain site selling a contaminated supply tainted with Fentanyl. Their strategy? Overwhelm with numbers. And it's working.

Everyone who advocates that arresting the dealers does no good because they're just replaced by another dealers play into the dealers higher ups (cartels) hands. The cartel cares about 2 things moving product and $$. The street dealers are expendable. 1/2

So to ensure their profit margins, they 'flood the market' with as much drugs and dealers as possible. A very sound economic strategy. They make money, a few dealers go down in the process while the cartels have an unstoppable pipeline of more young kids to exploit into dealing.

NO if
@chesaboudin &@SFDAOffice actually arrested small dealers they could in turn get bigger dealers. This has been an ongoing false narrative they've used to shirk their duty. FYI they should also utilize and enforce home confinement w ankle monitors - we never hear about TBD1 reply 0 retweets 3 likes -

Oh, I agree. But she wanted me to say more, so I explained the 'plan'. Our DA and other activist narratives that arresting small time dealers makes no difference, is incorrect. We can't stop the river, but we can slow it down to give us a chance to get to the users.
