There is an obvious lack of protein and milk in the lunch packs. Further, children, like adults, have preferences and/or allergies. Better to offer parents a choice of 3 packs to suit everyone, and based on the golden rule; always give more than expected. 
It is unacceptable that parents have received woefully inadequate food parcels in place of free school meals.
