I may be wrong, but it seems to me that an employer who has staff on the furlough scheme would be breaking the law (& committing fraud) if they have staff back at work before explicitly taking them *off* the furlough scheme. Is that happening?

Is there a plan in place to support
#newstarterjustice ? Million(+) workers, including seasonal workers are still being denied furlough due to the RTI clause of the JRS. 100,000s haven’t received any form of income for 2 months (to date)#stayalertfornewstarterspic.twitter.com/33BDG0z25B

Ending the furlough scheme too early would be a disaster for millions of families and our economy.
Our plan will keep some furlough payments as lockdown is eased so businesses can recover.
