I know this request is well meaning, but we already raise billions in tax revenue - it just needs to go to the right places, and billionaires need to pay up too. NHS can’t be funded again by citizens via a charity gig that sets a precedent for donations for our health system.
Coronavirus is affecting every part of our lives & is already putting a huge strain on the NHS & NHS workers.
We want to say thank you to the people working so hard to keep us safe.
