Very aware that this would not have come about any other way. Amazed that it is considered so correct to be discriminatory and exclude people in 2020, but I suppose some still believe in celebrating slavery, so there's little room for surprise.

Good, but I’mnot sure why it doesn’t apply to any significant medical reason (or serious personal reason). After all, pairing is widely used and is not seen as a denial of democracy. In fact, proxy voting shows actual support.
