It became Trumps fault in March of 2018 when he fired Tillerson likely the most dialed in geopolitical person on the planet trusted and respected and Trump took over as sec. of st. dropping the coalition strategy of Tillerson Mattis and went with top down,solo, 1 dimensional.

I wouldn’t suggest Tillerson tell Trump how to build a building nor Trump tell Tillerson how to manage geopolitical issues or take over from him because he thinks he can do a better job.
