Not sure if Huawei truly enjoyed better good will, it had better sales mainly from taking market shares of other brands mainly Chinese, it looks more like State Will than good will. At the end of the day, the nb of phones needed by Chinese consumers wouldn't change due to US.

It’s great to show from this incident that Chinese are not just a group of brainwashed people even as “China masters political propaganda for the instagram age”.pic.twitter.com/cm0c5DTebO

It’s still manipulated wave. (I am not fan of Huawei) it’s coming too fast and very unusual.

Yes but I was told all mainlanders were brainwashed zombies who did the CCPs bidding.

This wave of criticize of Huawei came and spread in such a fast speed, without any censoring nor blocking in China. NYT even reacted faster as we read this article. I don’t like Huawei , neither do I like orchestrated public opinion. Sadly NYT became part of the manipulation.

I pay more attentions about the incident that Facebook forced its Chinese employee to commit suicide! Also, several employees were fired for no reason at Thanksgiving.
