Yeah i only think it’s technically not hard for any police in the world. That said, I agree there are some differences. For example, without an id one cannot buy even domestic air tickets in China. But in US one only need to give a name and pay.

China makes the info about what it can access public, US opposite. I wouldn't be surprized if any US security service gets even more information than China. It just doesn't make the knowledge about it public.
