    Interesting paper on insulin & BBB in mice: males v females and E3 v E4. Results: 1) females greater serum clearance of insulin 2) differences in insulin at BBB due to apoE&sex, E4 more ins binding to brain vasculature, 3) ins uptake in hippocampus not detected in several groups.
