I can’t believe that there are law students who will live through this period where the very institution of prisons is devouring people alive and yet they will still choose to become prosecutors

Nah. As we speak, those “good” prosecutors are getting paid to put people into lethal cages.

Unless a prosecutor is actively working to eliminate their job (and I mean eliminate, not “improve”), then they’re still getting paid to kill people. Other people can pat them on the back for that, but I choose not to.
