If I could have any superpower it would be perfect control of attention.
It takes a lot of effort to consistently focus the laser beam, and doubly so when there’s too much context switching!

It is a courious thing... we do give our full attention to things we actually are interested in. Sometimes this can be different from what we would like ourselves to be interested in at the moment. And then comes the problem...
