A biologist, specifically an evolutionary geneticist. Why on earth would we care what a philosopher thinks about a purely empirical question? Most of them don't even know what an Ancestry Informative Marker (AIM) is.

This is not a purely empirical question. What is a "race" is not an empirical question.

I mean you can just *say* race is used to refer to X, but other people use the term differently. To sort out the conceptual muddle, it helps to have a philosopher.
