Up to know, nothing happened, since police stood in between both groups. It can even look like racists are protected by police. They need to, since extreme racists groups aren't numerous, being outnumbered 3X in their "rallies". Their victim act's starting to get old, though.

Madame Blain's being exposed a little more each day, as an active participant in various racist rallies, hanging out with heads of racists groups. Her "poor old grandma" act, being bullied by PMJT's security detail, doesn't carry much weight anymore. They'll try again.
