Regarding terminology, I personally prefer to use a qualifier like "cultural" or even "demographic" before the word "genocide" when it comes to forced sterilizations and abortions in Xinjiang, especially on the 25th anniverary of the Srebrenica genocide.

As I write in my book #BetrayingBigBrother, the women who DO want more babies (Uyghur, Kazakh etc) are prevented through coercive policies from doing so, while the government's targeted group for MORE babies - Han Chinese women - increasingly don't want any babies at all.
