@BOENYC There is onlyb1 scanner working at PS130 in Brooklyn. A woman asked to vote by emergency ballot and was told she couldn’t and had to come back later. She will not come back later. What gives? @commoncauseny

When 1 scanner was working, at least 1 woman left because she didn't have time to stay. She asked for an emergency ballot, was told no, and is now not voting because she cannot come back, as she was told she has to. THIS IS WHY WE NEED EARLY VOTING!
