“Not having to take my child through metal detectors & steel gates to meet their grandfather was just one of the most amazing gifts I could have imagined…It also made me think about those other families and how nothing will ever make them whole again.…”https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2021/08/24/david-gilbert-clemency-cuomo-boudin/ …

You mean the other families who your dad murdered? Those families? Or are you implying that the perpetrators families are inconvenienced by have to “deal” with their relative being locked up.

He didn't have a lawyer & felony murder "has been described as "astonishing"& "monstrous,"' an unsupportable "legal fiction," . . . & as an "anachronistic remnant" that has " 'no logical or practical basis for existence in modern law.' Felony murder is when someone is engaged in reckless or criminal behavior that leads to someone else’s death. Absolutely justified putting that man behind bars and you know it.

He's served 40 years, sir. That's more than enough. And MANY legal experts in this country believe the felony murder rule is a problem. Tweet complaints about police misconduct too & prosecutorial abuse & then I'll believe you really care about everyone in our society, if you do

40 years is barely enough. how u gonna equate 40 years for taking a soul you can’t get back? I’ll be frank, killers don’t deserve 2nd chances. I draw the line on the sand with this one.

&/or why aren't you complaining about Sirhan Sirhan's parole? I wouldn't but it seems you're being carelessly selective in the murders you care about. Read this article for a nuanced & intelligent view on why parole is granted even in the case of a murder.https://www.cnn.com/2021/08/27/us/sirhan-sirhan-parole-rfk-assassination/index.html …
