My heart is bursting. On the eve of my first child's birth, my dad - who's been in prison nearly my entire life - was granted clemency. He never intended harm, yet his crime devastated many families. My heart breaks for the families that can never get their loved ones back.

Most people (not all) are worthy of redemption. I'm sure he's changed. Go give that man a hug.

No doubt a white supremisist like you wants us to be like Norway. You don't live here in San Francisco and you don't live afraid to walk down the street like we do.

I live in SF and feel as safe. Bully recaller petitioners harassed me some days ago. If you recall every DA who doesn't completely end crime, there'd be none left. Elected DA Boudin gets guns off street. That's what safety looks like.

San Francisco has been getting safer for the last 30 years I have lived here. A group of ninnies spent the Covid isolation scaring themselves with Twitter vids and Nextdoor posts into thinking SF is dangerous.

Exactly! They even started to make me feel disoriented, like I wasn't living in the city they said I was. I'm commuting from the inner sunset to the mission--the 44 to BART & loving it, feeling 100% safe. Yes there are homeless folks--but they're hurting, not ME!
Ur privilege.
