This is not true. As usual people on Twitter are repeating falsehoods. The DA's office in 2020 had a 52.26% filing rate & a 65.74 action taken rate which is a higher % than 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014. Please see the data. This is too important to rely on word of mouth.
