I know see that the DA dropped charges but there's no information where you got this information. Seems sketchy.

A newspaper by law enforcement? Biased much? The police have been against Chess cuz for once they will be held accountable for their criminal behavior too. & they tell lies too--that Chase won't charge people for burglary. It's not true.

I looked into this and discovered this article was published the day before Chesa was sworn in (Jan 9th) so this wasn't even something he and his team handled.

If you know the system at all, you know that sometimes charges cannot be immediately filed especially if the witness is uncooperative, and there is not enough evidence, no DNA, which is what happened in this case.

First of all, he's not a boy. 2nd, he's not my boy. He is an elected official serving all SF citizens. You did not pay attention either, the victim was not cooperating. And again, the article was published the day before Chesa was sworn in.
