Started at 244 and I am now 241...
Its not a huge change, but its a change nonetheless!
Just need to eat healthy and exercise...

Second week of diet is complete. Only lost 1 pound this time.. I believe I know why though. I've been working out. Muscle weighs more than Fat.

Third week of diet is complete. Was able to knock off 4 whole pounds!!! Last week was a little saddening when I only lost 1... But this makes up for it!!! I am now 8 pounds down!!!

First month of dieting is complete! Started my diet weighing 246.6.. But I am now 235.6!!! That's 11 pounds in total lossed!! Only 35 pounds to go! I will be 200 pounds by my birthday! Which is only 13 weeks away! Wish me luck!!!

Fifth week is complete. I am now at 233.2 pounds. So 2.4 pounds of weight loss. Trying to lose 3 pounds a week, But you can't win every week.. Its still 13.5 pounds lossed! That's the weight of a fat baby!
