      I was in a very dark place a year ago. I was a literal husk of a human. Anxiety and depression was ruining my life and effecting everyone around me. Meds literally saved my life and gave me the space to get better #MedsWorkedForMe

      I told a doctor that I thought I needed meds and I got told to go on walks more. I knew that wouldn’t work, and it didn’t. Meds were my light at the end of a very dark tunnel #MedsWorkedForMe

      Obviously it isn’t the same for everyone and I know people where meds didn’t work for them. It’s different for everyone, but trust your own body.
