Streamer & community members, what’s your advice on removing people from the community who haven’t broken any rules they just... have the wrong energy? I don’t want to exclude people, but it’s difficult when one or two individuals kill a lot of the conversations.

i usually ask my lovely mod team to send them a warning (or 2 or 3 depending on the situation) and if it continues they get bonked with the ban hammer! at the beginning i was too scared to kick anyone out but when i saw that not just myself were uncomfortable i changed!
