i try to go outside for any reason every day. even if its just a walk around the block, makes me feel more human. i'm definitely the stay inside type, even when there's no pandemic, so it's not always the easiest. hope yall are weathering the storm okay : )
i did this at the beginning but there's this new strain of the virus in the uk that's 50-70% more transmissible and i live in the city so even walking down the street means there are people around & i'm too scared

I think if you wear a mask and keep 2 metres when walking quickly then your chances of catching it are very very low, even with the new variant. I guess living in a city means the streets are quite busy tho, a lot easier to socially distance living in the middle of nowhere
