i try to go outside for any reason every day. even if its just a walk around the block, makes me feel more human. i'm definitely the stay inside type, even when there's no pandemic, so it's not always the easiest. hope yall are weathering the storm okay : )

i did this at the beginning but there's this new strain of the virus in the uk that's 50-70% more transmissible and i live in the city so even walking down the street means there are people around & i'm too scared
