Number one thing in these situations after helping the individuals affected is campaigning to change the system. This happens all the time in tech and especially gaming, we need to make it harder for companies to treat workers like this by any means necessary!

My mistake, I was just thinking about the employees on mixer's end. Of course this also really really sucks for streamers! At least it looks like they're getting a bunch of support from the community.
