That's good. It's a sign that your muscles are being trained. Just remember to have 1 or 2 day intervals, unless you want to be injured.

I've found running is particularly painful around Bristol (the mixture of hills and hard uneven paving). Gel insoles can help as well as trying to run on grass/ dirt as much as possible. Warm up and cool down exercises are also a good idea.
