SAME!!!! Omg so it’s actually really good! It’s like a training app so you do 3 runs a week but week 1 is just 60 secs of running, 90 secs of walking for 20 mins, then you gradually increase your runs each week! You pick a voice coach and they tell you when to run/walk etc
