I didn't know this was even a thing and had a name? Mine do the same and it makes me so uncomfortable I absolutely hate pictures with my eyes open unless I'm covering one side of my face
omg!! in both eyes?! it's incredibly rare so you have SPECIAL EYES~!not sure about you but for me they said LASIK wouldn't work in my case sadly 
but mine seems to go away with my glasses/contacts!
