@FlyANA_official Never encountered such incompetency. Had an hr conversation, All I need is a flight home. State of emergency is here in Japan, theyre still insisting on waiting until April 30th. Went to the counter, called them 4th times and each time they contradict themselves.

They tell you to use a website where buttons take you to empty pages. Give clear information and help people get back home. this is unacceptable. Wouldnt recommend to fly with them, they are absolutely useless in a crisis when you actually need help.
