recipe!: - 2 teaspoons of instant coffee - 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar (i used agave syrup 'cause I'm a hipster, if using syrup use 1.5 teaspoons as it's already liquid-y!) - combine those 2 together and add 2 teaspoons of hot (not boiling!) water - WHISK

i used a matcha whisk & bowl as i'm a weeb and whisking took about 5 solid minutes! i think the best way would be an electric whisk but you could do it with a spoon also! whisk until you have stiff peaks

yeah i don't see why not! just super strong coffee + sugar, the sugar keeps the consistency of the froth i think!
