  For anyone wanting to try this or just deleting social apps on your phone! I did and it was super freeing not opening social all the time, taking in moments etc. I have social apps now but not using it or stressing as much!!!

  I've been doing this for years. There's really no reason to reply to social media notifications as and when they come in. Everything on social media can wait.
