Im glad someone had good service, My TV had a known issue on a TV reccommended by the store, when this known issue happened they refused to cover it as it was a known issue. Basically you cannot watch TV for more than hour or screen gets burn marks

Jeez Dean! I can see 6 times poor Nicola has responded to you spamming on peoples posts! Then all your tweets before that is spamming at Premiere Inn customers! When looking up bigger items research, compare and read reviews. Then when purchasing read the warranty

Correct lesson learnt but people should be aware of such poor service have you read John Lewis terms when you buy a 3.5k tv and if you watch tv with logo for an hour it will have a burn and not covered if you get a dead pixel not covered, thats shocking

But that isn’t really their customer service. That is under warranty. I assume that’s a free warranty or were you charged for it? But again that should be read, if you’re not happy then make your purchase elsewhere. Also if it’s a known issue with that TV contact the manufacturer

TV is faulty, its the warranty covered under UK law. Customer service refuse to help, who else do I speak to get my TV fixed apart from customer service? UK law retailer are responsible under sales of goods act. Correct I will buy elsewhere but everybody needs to know the facts
