someone once said to me that i "wasn't fit to be a streamer due to my mental health" and it really bugged me for the longest time.. but you know what? screw that, your brain is the most important part of you & it's okay and important to take care of it!

i loved my old job but it stressed me out a lot :( since twitch i have been able to be more gentle with myself, listen to what my brain is trying to tell me & focus on trying to be the happiest i can be. i'm very grateful to everyone for all the support

On top of that, you can use it to "train" tings you might otherwise struggle with, my wife got arachnophobia, but by playing wow and being confronted with huge spiders and killing them, has help her :-) so rock on Leo! :-)
