I do feel I have to ask, what is oil milk? My brain hurts trying to think of how you’d milk oil...

What do you mean by "how"? Get up early in the morning and go to the fields where the oil towers and pumps are grazing peacefully. You go and gently massage their udders one by one for that oil milk. They tend to be rather patient and stand in one place, but don't take any risks!
