It seems like an exterior leakage which means it could burst out of any of the sections of wall if it spreads meaning the equipment rooms could easily be flooded if they leave it long enough

Or if it happened on Sunday like Leo said. If it filled the kitchen that much when there were people in the building watching it, imagine how flooded it would have been on Monday. That would’ve been super expensive cause it probably would’ve ruined tech and gear.
