The real reason I'm posting this is because I've just finished my first 8 week gym boot camp and the results are positive! 3 classes a week, 45 minutes each and a really nice mix of Cardio, body weight, boxing and machine weights
At the halfway point, the week 4 check, I'd lost a total of 16mm body fat from different body parts and 8½ physical inches
Week 8 I've dropped an additional 17mm and 3½ inches in addition to the previous amount, so happy
Most dramatic loss was my triceps. 25mm to 9.. NINE?!
This isn't me fishing for congratulatory messages, it's just documentation for myself to look back on. I'm already happy enough in myself and comments from family/friends
Thanks for the occasional check ups / queries in chat, that's been motivating.
