I have officially lost any understanding of where the difference between 'current funds' and 'available funds' in my bank account comes from; I figure if I assume it's always the lowest of those two numbers I'll probably be OK.

available = actual, current = what bank has currently calculated (takes a while to update! not sure why they don't get rid of this???)

Available funds I believe does also include any overdraft you have available so if you have one best to do with the actual balance
