How do people think rocket(arugula) tastes like anything except bitter pain
i found out there's a gene which makes coriander taste like SOAP and I HAVE IT 
i wonder if it does something to rocket bc that tastes like sweet peppery dreams to me!

Cilantro [the leafy / body] that produces coriander [the seeds] will taste more soapy the more over mature the plant is so if its really soap like the grower picked it when it was too old
