Please don't do this to yourself. A lot of of streamers doing that have streaming as their full time job and have also been doing it for years.
i thought a year+ in i would have more stamina! 
from now on i'm going to schedule myself a 2 day weekend every week which i have to take ^_^ i just worry about my channel dipping every time i'm not live!
How long do you normally stream ? Maybe cut the times down aswell so it isn't as rough on you ?
