One bad thing about this weather is my hyper sensitive skin. My hands have all dried up and are covered in sores. They look like they belong to someone around 80.

omg me too!! fixed it a lot by ALWAYS wearing gloves outisde (got touchscreen ones!), using a heatsource at my pc under my wrists (a 1m long hot water bottle!) & E45 every morning and night (& sometimes in the day too!) entirety of my left hand CRACKED OPEN but all fixed now! <3

Just throwing this out there as a recommendation but i find Aveeno to be superior in every way to E45 and they have variations for skin conditions such as eczema so you can get the same soothing hydration that in my opinion lasts longer without having the heavy feeling of E45

I had a persistent patch of eczema for over 6 months and E45 did nothing for it but Aveeno made it manageable so it wouldnt keep being scaley, cracking or weeping - i am a gross human being
