The scariest thing about it was the fact that she appeared to have Splendid Parakeets making budgerigar noises.
also they had survived an apocalypse, probably not fed the best diet in it due to rations, & had been thrown around in a box down some rapids and survived! #birdnerd
YES, THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT BUGGED ME TOO!! budgie noises are so specific! i'm SO glad i'm not the only person that thought this as everyone i've spoken to about it didn't mind! 
also, i think i heard a thrush or similar british wild bird in the forest scene?

Yeah I heard a Blackbird in the forest scenes too, I mean I’m sure they could’ve managed to get hold of some budgies so why not use them anyway? It’s almost as bad when movies use kookaburra calls in weird “spooky” jungle scenes in a country they’d never be found in. Whyyyyyy
