My morning... Got a delivery from @IKEAUK yesterday. They put wine glasses and plates in the same box as chairs... it didn’t end well. Contacted @IKEAUKSupport privately on twitter yesterday and got no response. Now on hold and potential wait time of 20mins

it’s just so frustrating. On the phone they said I could return the items to the store if I wanted... the travel there would be more expensive than the items, I ordered online for a reason
