I also wish there was a no music option! You can’t even turn it down incase you then miss when they come in! So you have cheesy bad quality music blaring at you 
they were supposed to deliver my bed... first delivery it's not there? was put on hold for an hour and told the bed was out of stock (???) second delivery and guess what... IT'S NOT THERE 
another hour on hold listening to abba and they try again... 3 weeks later it turns up!
THEN when it finally gets here the box has shoe prints on it (the deliverymen walked on my bed??) and it has a big hole in the cardboard with a ding in it where it's been damaged :( i ring up and am told there's ANOTHER hour hold time so... i gave up
being an adult sucks!
it’s just so frustrating. On the phone they said I could return the items to the store if I wanted... the travel there would be more expensive than the items, I ordered online for a reason also I’m not carrying around a bag of broken glass
