playin some devil's advocate here: not saying i agree with that practice BUT you do tie up men too! it's also historically accurate (well, mostly..) for that time period & during my playthrough so far i've never felt offended/disrespected as a woman!

GTA is about escapism and very much cartoon violence, it's mostly very crass humour that doesn't take itself seriously at all! there are also male prostitutes in 5 also - again not saying it's a virtuous game but again, never felt any animosity towards my gender!

there's also racism and other gross shit in the game but it's never cast in a good light! i personality feel the game doesn't say "hey player go do all this bad shit because it's funny", it's more "here's a moral dilemma deal with it"
