They promote videos that are monetized and also emphasize something called “view velocity” so when it gets demonetized they indirectly wreck a videos “velocity” so you’re 100% right

From what i've gathered there are two individual bots, one that suppresses content that "isn't appropriate for a general audience", another that demonetizes. Even though they work together and often hit the same videos, you can still trip just one. YT gets to lie without lying.

I uploaded a video with tags that usually get demonetized today. But I also included "the shape of water" as my video title was a parody of the name. My video did NOT get demonetized instantly like usual. I might be on to some thing here fella
