Hope everyone's having a great summer!
I know I've been enjoying the sun and just finished the third draft of my small town YA murder mystery. 🙂#amwriting#amquerying
All right! Finished the third draft of my Dystopian Cyberpunk-ish YA Sci-fi set in the last city on Earth! #amquerying soon I think. :) #amwriting#writingcommunity
AND DONE! Finished the first draft of my Dystopian Cyberpunk-ish YA Sci-fi! 🙂 -- 96,752 words. Hopefully I can trim a bit off in revisions. #amwriting#writingcommunity
This Annie Stegg #naiad#illustration paints the perfect setting for an underwater #fairytale... Also: I'd like to live there; her ocean creatures look nice.
I notice I'm really expressive when I write action sequences - acting out and emoting the pain and struggles of the characters as I go along. Does anyone else do that? :) #writingcommunity#amwriting
Having shelved my fantasy story for a good while, I can see all the improvements there are to be done -- Yet, when I reluctantly put it aside, I thought it was pretty great... Hopefully, this speaks to how far I've come in this short period. #writingcommunity#amwriting
Finished watching Netflix's Castlevania Season 3, and it is phenomenal. One of the best things I've seen in recent memory. I loved the original artwork of Ayami Kojima since forever, and seeing it brought to life with equally beautiful writing is a joy.
I didn’t think I’d ever get such a response to this little tryout! Here I am in my own self-isolation. The song that came out on top was ‘All I Ask Of You’ - ALW
Rebirth: Cool weird performance art at the AGO - this was a very slow de-cocooning of sorts set to some intense ambient music in a gallery full of 16/17th century paintings.
I needed a little break from cyberpunk, something a bit different. So here is my first try doing fantasy animation, full of trees, leaves...lots of things to animate!

I read Wool last night (Part 1). It's a good short sci-fi, feels very Bradbury-like. I think it was hyped up a little much for me, though. It would definitely fit into an episode of Outer Limits or Twilight Zone. #writingcommmunity#readingcommunity
"Sphinx of black quartz, judge my vow!"
This pangram (a sentence using every letter of the alphabet) is so much more bad-ass than the stupid "quick brown fox" that I had to illustrate it. A tribute to master Jean Giraud (aka Moebius).
