There is so much wrong with this analysis. Firstly, FG's tax cuts will take €2.8 billion/year out of public spending when fully implemented. If phased in evenly, that is €8.6 billion less for public services over five years. That's a huge hole in public spending.

As others have said, many people earn far less than €36,000. Revenue data shows 2 million income earners are on less individually.
