This isn’t what this sport is about. We aren’t savages. We are pugilists. I understand selling a fight and creating public interest, but we can do better. In a dangerous sport where lives are on the line, this is nothing to aspire to or to put out into universe.
Seems these days some fighters are always looking for some type of extra advantage..be it PED’s, home crowd, ring flooring, ring size, gloves, you name it. Call me old school but a fighters advantage should come from work ethic, discipline, focus, sacrifice, strategy and arsenal.

They way I see it AJ is the man. He gets to choose time and place for first fight. I’d make Wilder come to me also... but from what I see from Wilder, he’s willing to... and this is same attitude i would have. When the HW division finally has a pulse, we need action not talk!
I’m simply stunned to hear the news of Marvelous Marvin Hagler. Not only was he a living legend, but I was proud to call him my friend. He was so full of life, energy and positivity in our conversations that you would never guess what a wrecking machine he was in the ring.
