Aside: We still have people who don't have/can't get state issued IDs, hence voting requirement. Now everyone who wants to engage in the world of indoor commerce would need a smart phone? I get the good purpose behind this but as a rule it would exclude people.

Can't be mandatory when there is only an emergency authorization. Once that's cleared, law had been pretty clear under Jacobson v. Mass. Since Handmaid, Bart O'Kavanaugh, etc., who knows.

It has been made pretty clear in the past mandatory vaccination doesn’t violate constitutional liberties. Granted I don’t what the ruling would be today. Also many states seem to think it is prudent policy, as do I, at least for childhood vaccines.

Although currently there is a bit of a gray area when it comes to an EUA but that hasn’t been tested, although it may be soon if they are not fully approved by fall
